Round Two applications for our trail-blazing Leadership Development Program are open until Monday 9 June 2025.
This transformative, two program offers a full salary, a Master of Teaching (Secondary) degree, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on young people in communities across Australia.
Depending on your experience or qualification, you may need to apply now. Read on to find out more.
Firstly, who is in demand?
With round one of applications wrapped up, certain subjects are in high demand, especially for placements in Western Australia, the Northern Territory, South Australia and Tasmania. This includes:

👩💻ICT
🧮Maths
🗣️Languages
If this is you, start your application soon to ensure you have the best chance of securing a place.

Who needs to apply now?
Applications for the program are assessed on a rolling basis and early submission is highly recommended, especially for:
Career changers
Completed your degree 10+ years ago? You need to apply as early as possible. You may need further study or work experience to be admitted into our Masters.

International graduates
Candidates who earned their degrees outside Australia must apply in round two. This ensures sufficient time for eligibility assessments, including proving English language proficiency.

Certain subjects are not open in round three. Individuals with academic backgrounds in areas such as drama, health and physical education will need to apply now.
